Our mission is to delight our patrons while providing quality cuisine using fresh ingredients in an inviting, safe environment.
Blair's on Hudson was opened in 2017 by chef and owner from locally renowned Jack's Bistro. While Blair's does have some of the old "classics" from Jack's, it is an entirely new restaurant and concept. Blair's on Hudson thrives on being a down to earth restaurant free from pretentions, while also being a unique eatery.
